6.1. Hardware Warranty

All hardware equipment comes with a standard two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or power surges.

Software is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6.3. Return Policy

Due to the specialized nature of medical and aesthetic equipment, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to authorized returns of non-defective special-order items.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuminaTech, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors shall not be liable for:
